How this works in FrescoAds
Use the system as one operating record
A creative route is a coherent direction connected to the campaign brief, source material and model history. Generations are working outputs, not approved ads. Selection advances one direction into development; it does not replace brand, market or legal approval.
- Brief-connected generation
- Side-by-side model outputs
- Prompt and source lineage
- Current-route version history
Create the route request
Select the current brief, approved sources, intended placement and the production task. Add route-specific direction without rewriting the brand and product context already stored in the campaign.
State how the route will be evaluated. Useful criteria include strategic fit, product truth, visual distinction, format potential, controllability and expected finishing effort.
Check before continuing
- Current brief attached
- Sources and rights checked
- Placement and task defined
- Evaluation criteria visible
Choose a bounded exploration set
Generate enough variation to compare meaningful directions, but avoid treating volume as progress. Separate changes in concept from small execution variations so reviewers know what decision they are making.
Use only the model routes enabled for the workspace. Premium routes may consume multiple model credits; the applicable amount should be visible before execution.
Check before continuing
- Route count has a clear purpose
- Each direction is meaningfully distinct
- Provider route is approved
- Expected credit use is understood
Compare like with like
Review outputs against the same source context and rubric. When comparing providers, hold the brief and key inputs stable enough that differences can be evaluated.
Reject work that changes product facts, invents unsupported claims, breaks protected brand elements or creates an impractical finishing path—even when the image or video appears visually strong.
Check before continuing
- Common evaluation rubric
- Product and claims checked
- Controllability reviewed
- Redundant directions removed
Record feedback on the correct output
Keep comments attached to the exact route and version they describe. Distinguish strategic rejection, production fixes and personal preferences so the next iteration has an accountable objective.
If a new brief version changes the decision, identify which earlier generations are no longer current rather than silently reusing them.
Check before continuing
- Feedback references one version
- Blocking issues are explicit
- Next change has an owner
- Outdated context is identifiable
Advance one current route
Select the direction worth developing and record why it was chosen. Preserve rejected routes as history, but make the current route unmistakable to format, localization and review teams.
Route selection is a creative decision, not launch approval. The selected work still requires production completion and all configured review stages.
Check before continuing
- Selection rationale attached
- Current route is unambiguous
- Rejected work remains archived
- Required approvals remain open
Build the asset family
Develop the selected route into the required compositions, copy variations and source-controlled versions. Keep each derivative linked to the selected route rather than exporting isolated files into a separate chain.
Once the regional route is stable, pass only the defined adaptable fields to market production.
Check before continuing
- Required placements are assigned
- Sources and edits remain traceable
- Editable fields are defined
- Market handoff uses the current route
Common questions
Clarify the operating boundary
Use the smallest set that represents genuinely different decisions. FrescoAds does not define a universal number because task complexity and credit use vary.
