What this framework covers

A sub-processor is a service provider engaged by FrescoAds to process Customer Personal Data when delivering the Services. Core platform providers may support a contracted deployment; model and integration providers process Customer Content only when the customer enables the related capability or instructs FrescoAds to use that route.

• The customer’s Order Form, deployment register or enterprise review materials identify the named providers, processing location and activation scope before Customer Personal Data is processed.
• Where a customer has negotiated a different provider or region, its deployment documentation controls.

Core service provider categories

The following categories may be used to operate a customer deployment. The named provider for each active category is confirmed in the applicable customer documentation.

Customer-enabled model routes

Only a model provider enabled for the customer’s workspace receives the prompt, selected source files or instructions required for that task. Provider-specific terms, processing location and activation scope are part of the applicable deployment documentation.

Connected applications

Customers may connect identity, storage, advertising, analytics or other applications. When a customer initiates a connection, the relevant provider may process Connected Content under the customer’s agreement with that provider. A connected application that processes Customer Personal Data on FrescoAds’ behalf is identified in the customer’s deployment documentation.

Changes, transfers and questions

The Data Processing Addendum governs sub-processor authorization, change notices, objections and transfer safeguards for Customer Personal Data. To request the deployment-specific provider list, location details or update notices, use the Contact page and select Security and procurement.
